Glasgow’s Buchanan Galleries has announced two new lettings. Fashion chain River Island has leased a 9991 sq ft unit and 704sq ft storage unit, which was formerly let to Comet. Clothing chain H&M Hennes has leased the old Waterstones bookshop space for £420,000 a year over 20 years.
This is H&M's second store in Buchanan Galleries and will trade as H&M Young Fashion, with childrenswear reintroduced to the main H&M store in the centre.
Hamish Millar, general manager at Buchanan Galleries, said: "We are delighted to announce that River Island and the new H&M store will be joining the centre.
"These stores are key names in the retail industry and fit very well with the mix of stores at Buchanan Galleries. They are names our shoppers told us they wanted us to bring here." |
